Avoid and pressure ,brain aneurysm



Short background: A brain aneurysm, also known as a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), is a weak spot in the wall of a blood vessel inside the brain. [Ito ay ang pagnipis ng blood vessel at paglobo nito. Nabubuo ito dulot ng stress sa blood vessels]. Some of the symptoms of this are:

 1. Intense headache that comes on suddenly
2. Loss of consciousness
3. Nausea and vomiting
4. Drowsiness
5. Loss of balance in things like walking and normal coordination
6. Stiff neck
7. Dilated pupils
8. Sensitivity to light
9. Sudden blurred or double vision
10. Drooping eyelid
11. Confusion or trouble with mental awareness
12. Seizure

WHAT WE CAN DO TO PREVENT BRAIN ANEURYSM?
We can't always prevent brain aneurysms since one of causes of this is heredity, but we can lower the high risk by doing the following.

1. Avoid smoking
2. Avoid too much stress or strong emotion
3. Reduce high blood pressure (this is very important among the three)
4. Consume adequate amounts of VitC,VitE,B vitamins B6,B12 and folate)
